We personally meet you at your apartment, give you a tour explaining how everything works, answer your questions and give you the keys. We will also provide information about the neighborhood, including transportation options, grocery shopping, wine shops, the all-important bakeries, etc. We are available to help you with your needs any time of the day or night.
