Great location in the chic 17th arrondissement with lots of sun and views of the roof tops. A studio with a new comfortable sleeper-sofa that makes a queen-sized bed.
The apartment is situated on the 8th floor (lift to the 7th and then walk up one flight). Small and compact but it has all you need. Large wall mounted TV and WIFI. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, counter-top oven cooktop, etc. The bathroom has a tub and hand-held shower, toilet, hair dryer, etc. This apartment does not have a washing machine although there is a laundromat quite close.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The eclectic 17th arrondissement is in the northwest part of Paris. It has wide streets and lot of sun. Of particular interest is the Arch de Triumph, the beginning of the Champs Elysees, and trendy bars on Place de Clichy square.
